With a clear plan in place, we prepare an estimate.

We review the scope of work together, explain the process, and answer any remaining questions. Once everything is agreed upon, we finalize the contract and schedule your project.

Step 5: Final Walkthrough

When construction is complete, we walk the project with you.

We review the finished work, address any final details, and make sure everything meets expectations. Your satisfaction matters, and we don’t consider the job complete until you’re confident in the result.

Step 2: Design & Planning

Once we understand your needs, we help bring your ideas into focus.

You can choose from 80+ custom home plans we already have available, bring your own plans, or work with us to create a simple in-house floor plan or shop layout. We’ll walk through options, answer questions, and make sure the plan fits your lifestyle, property, and budget before moving ahead.

Step 4: Construction Phase

This is where your project comes to life.

We manage the build from start to finish, coordinating trades, inspections, and timelines. We stay hands-on throughout the process and keep you informed as work progresses.

Step 6: Ongoing Support

Our relationship doesn’t end when the project is finished.

We’re available for questions, future projects, and continued support. Many of our clients return to us for additional work, and we’re proud to be a long-term partner in caring for your home.
